Carbon Exotic was founded for a very simple reason: We searched for a place to rent an exotic car, and we didn’t find any worth a phone call. When we did call, the customer service was not acceptable. Customer service should match the quality of a car you will be driving, and be able to handle changes with your trip or meet any of your accommodations – that’s where Carbon Exotic comes in. There are lots of places offering “luxury exotic” rentals, but none offer a truly luxurious and pleasant experience.
